Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Lahza ("we", "us") collects when you create an event camera or join one as a guest, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Lahza you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address. We use this only to identify you within an event and link the photos you take.
- Photos you take. Photos you capture or upload to an event are stored so they can appear in that event's shared gallery.
- Event data. The event you joined, your remaining shots, and basic timestamps.
- Technical data. Standard information such as device type and approximate region, used to keep the service secure and reliable.
2. How we use your information
- To let you join an event and take a limited number of shots.
- To display your photos in the event's shared gallery to other participants of that same event.
- To show event hosts who contributed each photo.
- To operate, secure and improve the service.
3. How your photos are shared
Photos you add to an event become part of that event's shared album. They are visible to the host and other guests of the same event once the album reveals. They are not made public on the open internet by us, and we do not sell your photos or personal data.
4. Storage and security
Data and photos are stored using Supabase infrastructure. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
5. Retention
We keep event photos and related data for as long as the event exists or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your contributions (see below).
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data and the photos you contributed. To do so, contact us at hello@lahza.site.
7. Children
Lahza is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
