Terms of Use
These Terms govern your access to and use of Lahza, a shared camera service for events ("the Service"). By creating an event or joining one, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Lahza lets a host create an event "camera" and invite guests to take a limited number of photos that are collected into a shared album. The album reveals according to the settings chosen by the host.
2. Your account
You sign in using a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringes the rights of others.
- Do not upload sexual content involving minors, or any content that violates applicable law.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
- Only take photos you are entitled to take and share within the event.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos you take. By adding them to an event, you grant Lahza and the other participants of that event a licence to store and display those photos within the event's shared album for the purpose of operating the Service.
5. Hosts and guests
Event hosts are responsible for who they invite and for complying with applicable laws when collecting photos from their guests. Guests are responsible for the photos they contribute.
6. Payments
Some plans are paid on a one-time, per-event basis as described on our pricing page. Fees are shown before purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
7. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify or discontinue features at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lahza is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of photos or data arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
